|FIFTH SEASON MAGAZINE presents...
Guest-artist: Leon Trujillo
Leon Trujillo recent work provides a window to the essential nature of the structures of his previous paintings.
Metallic structures and basic skeletons of canvas become apparent thus revealing the three dimensionality of the work.
By having an almost mineral, petrified, archaic nature, Trujillo's work searches for the primordial along with further introspection by alluding simultaneously to a remote past as well as to future SEEDS and to all the complexities these time-bound images provide.
Trujillo's work recalls mythologies and ritual crests through a multiplicity of projections that paradoxically synthesize a present and a future.
